Dragana has been a member of the BCSP team since September 2013, first as a communications assistant, then as an office coordinator and, since January 2019, as communications associate.<\/p>\n
She decided to get involved with the work of the BCSP in order to acquire new skills, advance her professional development and improve her knowledge of the role of civil society in the security sector. She works daily on ensuring that complex security issues are made available to as many people as possible in an easy-to-understand format and so that they come to understand security as something that concerns all of us.<\/p>\n
As communications associate at the BCSP, Dragana participates in all communications and public relations activities, works closely with representatives of the media, civil society, Serbian and international institutions, international organisations, donors and others interested in the work of the BCSP.<\/p>\n
She is responsible for the quality and continuity of presenting BCSP activities to as broad a public as possible through press releases, the organisation\u2019s websites, newsletters, social media (such as Facebook and Twitter) and through other communication channels (such as YouTube).<\/p>\n
During her studies, as a member of the public relations team at the Faculty of Political Science, Dragana gained invaluable experience of PR and the promotion and organisation of events such as public lectures, panels and seminars covering a broad range of topics.<\/p>\n
