At BCSP, he participates in\u00a0projects on reform and democratisation of institutions and on research of organised crime and public safety.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"x_elementToProof\">Previously, he worked as a frontline police officer and police sergeant in Serbia.
