Mr <strong>Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier Deniau<\/strong>, ambassador of France to Serbia. The lecture will take place on November 27, at 15:30h, in the BCSP library.<\/p>\n<p>\tAmbassador Deniau will also speak about international aspects of the situation in Mali, in relation to the European Union and the United Nations.<\/p>\n<p>\tFrench ambassador will conclude his presentation by offering final remarks regarding the upcoming meeting of the European Council, where the further development of Common Security and Defense Policy is going to be discussed.<\/p>\n<p>\tDuring the lecture, Defense Attach\u00e9at the French Embassy in Belgrade, lieutenant-colonel <strong>Olivier Rouanet<\/strong>, will will speak about military aspects of the management of the Mali crisis.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe lecture will be in English translation will not be provided.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>The number of participants is limited due to the seating capacity, and the participation must be confirmed no later than Tuesday, 26th November by email <a href=\"mailto:office@bezbednost.org\">office@bezbednost.org<\/a> or phone 011\/3287-226.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tThe lecture is organized in accordance with the <strong>Chatham House Rule<\/strong>, which reads as follows: When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Background of the crisis in Mali and French involvement in management of the crisisare the topics of a lecture which will be held by H.E.
