{"id":17652,"date":"2014-01-22T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-01-21T23:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bezbednost.org\/najava\/forth-security-research-forum-belgrade-pristina-tirana\/"},"modified":"2014-01-22T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-01-21T23:00:00","slug":"forth-security-research-forum-belgrade-pristina-tirana","status":"publish","type":"najava","link":"https:\/\/bezbednost.org\/en\/event\/forth-security-research-forum-belgrade-pristina-tirana\/","title":{"rendered":"Forth Security Research Forum Belgrade-Pristina-Tirana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t<strong>During the Forth Security Research Forum Belgrade-Pristina-Tirana which will be held in Hotel Tirana International on 24 January 2014, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/List-of-all-people\/4024\/Sonja-Stojanovic-Gajic.shtml\">BCSP Director Sonja Stojanovic Gajic<\/a> will discuss on public opinion findings on regional cooperation .<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tIn the framework of the Security Research Forum Belgrade-Prishtina-Tirana, the three partner organizations conducted a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/All-publications\/5334\/The-Citizens-on-the-SerbianAlbanian-Relations.shtml\">public opinion survey on Serbian-Albanian relations in the context of personal safety, national security and security integration<\/a> in September 2013. Besides BCSP Director, the main findings and highlights of the public opinion perception in the three countries related to regional cooperation will be discussed by:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\tFlorian Qehaja, Director of Kosovar Centre for Security Studies<\/li>\n<li>\t\tFoto Duro Center for European and Security Affairs, The Institute for Democracy and Mediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\tDuring the event it will be also discussed on police and law enforcement cooperation between Serbia, Kosovo and Albania. What are the main achievements of this cooperation and what remains to be done in order to meet the EU conditions on police and law enforcement cooperation are some of the topics on which will discuss:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\tArtan Bajraktari, Director of International Cooperation and Coordination Directorate, General Directorate of State Police<\/li>\n<li>\t\tVeton Elshani,\u00a0 Head of Section for International and local Cooperation at Kosovo Police (ILECU) and<\/li>\n<li>\t\tSenior Representative of EU Delegation to Albania(TBC).\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"anterfile\">\t<em>This event is a\u00a0 part of the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/All-projects\/5017\/Security-Research-Forum-BelgradePrishtinaTirana.shtml\">Security Research Forum Belgrade-Pristina-Tirana<\/a><\/strong>, a joint initiative of three independent think-tanks specialised in security research:\u00a0 Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/Bezbednost\/2001\/English.shtml\">BCSP<\/a>), Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.qkss.org\/\">KCSS<\/a>)\u00a0and Institute for Mediation and Democracy (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idmalbania.org\/\">IDM<\/a>).
