The speakers on the first panel will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Sonja Stojanovi\u0107 Gaji\u0107<\/strong>, Director, Belgrade Centre for Security Policy<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Florian Qehaja<\/strong>, Executive Director, Kosovar Center for Security Studies, Prishtina<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Arjan Dyrmishi<\/strong>, Head of the European and Security Research Department, Institute for Democracy and Mediation, Tirana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\tIn the second part of the conference the topic will be the integration of ethnic minorities in security institutions. Two analyzes on integration of Albanians in the Serbian police\u00a0and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/All-publications\/5475\/Police-Integration-In-North-Kosovo-Progress-And.shtml\">the integration of Serbs in Kosovo police<\/a>\u00a0will be presented. These are analysis of the independent experts from Pristina and Belgrade.
