Mr. Jan Braathu, Ambassador of Norway in Tirana.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tKey questions that the first panel will address are: What has been the impact of Juncker\u2019s \u201cno more enlargements for next 5 years\u201d statement? Is there a risk that political elites of Western Balkan countries loosen their commitment to meet the EU accession criteria? Is public support for the EU decreasing? What are the chances of a low-profile EU in the region being replaced by other global players? How are Serbs, Albanians and their relations affected? The speakers on the first panel will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Prof. Paskal Milo<\/strong>, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Dusan Janjic<\/strong>, Policy Analyst<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Shkelzen Maliqi<\/strong>, Policy Analyst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\tThe second panel will be focused on the causes and consequences of the incident that happened on the football match between Serbia and Albania. The panel will seek to answer the questions: whether this failure can be turned into an opportunity for examining and addressing the existing gaps in cooperation between Belgrade, Prishtina and Tirana, and how can institutions respond better to the demands for improved security cooperation. The participants in the discussion will be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Pandeli Majko<\/strong>, Member of Parliament (TBC)<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Shpend Kursani<\/strong>, Senior Researcher, Kosovar Centre for Security Studies<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Sonja Stojanovic Gajic<\/strong>, Director of Belgrade Centre for Security Policy<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Arjan Dyrmishi<\/strong>, Head of Center for European and Security Affairs (IDM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"anterfile\">\t<em>This event is a\u00a0 part of the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/All-projects\/5017\/Security-Research-Forum-BelgradePrishtinaTirana.shtml\">Security Research Forum Belgrade-Pristina-Tirana<\/a><\/strong>, a joint initiative of three independent think-tanks specialised in security research:\u00a0 Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bezbednost.org\/Bezbednost\/2001\/English.shtml\">BCSP<\/a>), Kosovar Centre for Security Studies (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.qkss.org\/\">KCSS<\/a>)\u00a0and Institute for Mediation and Democracy (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idmalbania.org\/\">IDM<\/a>).
