Translation will NOT be provided.<\/p>\n<p>\tThese questions will be address at the event:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\tHow safe are citizens of Serbia? Do state institutions deny security to its citizens?<\/li>\n<li>\t\tIs the political leadership necessary for security sector reform? Where should be the limits of actions of politicians, and where are their incentives necessary?<\/li>\n<li>\t\tIs security sector reform possible without any clear strategic orientation? What does Serbian neutrality mean?
