Special emphasis will be on the critical points of dialogue, the new conditions of the European Union, but also on important topics of civil society to government institutions only formally watching.<\/p>\n<p>\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<div class=\"anterfile\">\tWorking language of the discussion is Serbian, with provided English translation.<\/div>\n<p>\tThe event is a part of the project <a href=\"http:\/\/bezbednost.org\/All-projects\/6206\/Supporting-Civil-Society-Organisations-in.shtml\">Supporting Civil Society Organisations in Monitoring Police Reform in Serbia<\/a>\u00a0and is being organised on the on the occasion of launching\u00a0 the \u201cGuidebook on EU cooperation in home affairs\u201d developed by the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy.
