The drafting process involved study of current legislative provisions regulating security and intelligence and analysing the level of their harmonisation. At the same time, two rounds of consultations were organised, in the course of which experts and representatives of political parties and security services shared their views and suggestions regarding the concept, structure and the provisions of the Model Law.<\/p>\n<p>\t<strong>Speakers:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Dr Bogoljub Milosavljevi\u0107<\/strong>,\u00a0 professor at the Union University and member of BCSP\u2019s Executive Board<\/li>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Svetko Kova\u010d<\/strong>, retired general and former director of the Military Security Agency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t<strong>Moderator:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\t<strong>Dr Miroslav Had\u017ei\u0107<\/strong>, retired professor at the University of Belgrade and President of BCSP\u2019s Executive Board<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tThe working language of the event is Serbian and no interpreting will be provided.
