Risks and Responses from the Balkans and Beyond\u201d.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tBSF 2013 will address current issues of regional and international security, foreign policy and economy, with special emphasis on the role of state and non-state actors in international relations in transition.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe conference will consist of a series of plenary panels and simultaneously organized thematic sessions.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe conference will be opened with academic event &#8220;Transformation of the State and the profession of international security&#8221;. This is the final event of the\u00a0BCSP regional project dealing with the transformation of the Western Balkans conflict zone to the security community.\u00a0The participants are researchers engaged\u00a0within the project, as well as emerging scholars and professionals from the region, Europe and America\u00a0selected on the basis of policy papers and criteria defined in the <a href=\"http:\/\/bezbednost.org\/Events\/5101\/Belgrade-Security-Forum-2013--Call-for-Papers.shtml\">Call for Papers<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe list of speakers and participants of BSF 2013 includes more than 200 high-level national politicians and international officials, influential experts, researchers and opinion makers from both sides of the Atlantic, as well as key foreign policy and security leaders from the Balkan region.
