The event is scheduled for 15:15-17hrs, on December 4. Side event is organised by the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tThis Network side event is an opportunity to discuss the role of the Eminent Person Panel in the context of European security. This Panel will provide an opportunity to informally address the current crisis of European security. There is no more \u201cbusiness as usual\u201d in relations among OSCE participating States; instead there is a danger of further escalation of tensions, and even a new division in Europe. This panel will explore options for reconsolidating European security as a common project.
