It enables participating think tanks, such as BCSP, to recruit young researchers originally from the region who recently graduated from universities in the OECD countries, including the Central European University in Hungary.<\/p>\n<p>\tThe program will last up to six months and start from December 2013. Throughout this period, the selected young professional will work full-time at the BCSP\u2019s office, engage in ongoing policy research projects and develop concrete policy product in agreement with senior policy staff, who will be considered the mentor. <strong>This commitment resembles a full-time paid internship.<\/strong> These six months will also be used to fundraise for other funds and, if possible, make the position permanent.<\/p>\n<p>\tThree possible policy research areas that BCSP would like a recent graduate to work on are:<\/p>\n<div>\t1. Accountability and integrity in security sector &#8211; focus on corruption risks<\/div>\n<div>\t2. Diversity (gender, minorities, Roma) in security sector and respect<\/div>\n<div>\t3.
