Simultaneous translation will be provided.<\/p>\n<h2>\tThese questions will be address at the event:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>\t\tTo what extent are women represented in police service, and which ranks and tasks women usually have?<\/li>\n<li>\t\tWhat are good practices for attracting women to choose police career?<\/li>\n<li>\t\tWhat are main challenges for women in career development and is there any institutional framework for addressing gender issue within police?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>\tPanellists would be the following:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\t\tAndreja Bogdanovski, Researcher, Analytica from Skopje;<\/li>\n<li>\t\tAurelija Djan, Researcher, Belgrade Centre for Security Policy;<\/li>\n<li>\t\tMirela Hodovi\u0107, Researcher, Centre for Security Studies from Sarajevo;<\/li>\n<li>\t\tDina Bajramspahi\u0107, Public Policy Researcher, Institute Alternative from Podgorica;<\/li>\n<li>\t\tSotiraq Hroni, Executive Director, Institute for Democracy and Mediation from Tirana;<\/li>\n<li>\t\tPlator Avdiu, Researcher, Kosovo Centre for Security Studies (KCSS) from Pristina.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t<strong>Moderator will be Jelena Zori\u0107, Journalist from the regional television N1.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\tFor participation at the conference, it is necessary to confirm your attendance by Monday, 7 of March 2016 the latest.
