It also posed a great challenge to the world economy, international relations, multilateralism and the essential values and principles on which the ideal of modern civilisation is based – freedom, solidarity, justice and equality. Serbia was not immune to the virus of anti-democratic tendencies that spread together with the biggest global crisis since the Second World War. They presented their findings in an analysis “Covidocracy – Analysis of Narratives About the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Function of Capturing the State”.

How has crisis management contributed to strengthening the autocratic authority and violating the basic principles of the balance of power? Why is the spoken or unspoken word a mirror of the state of the rule of law in Serbia? How has crisis managers communication affected the health system?
