Centre\u2019s guest has spoken on the policy led by this Scandinavian country to its neighbours, its foreign and security policy in general, and relationship towards EU and NATO respectively.<\/p>\n<p>\tVeijalainen had said how \u201e<strong>Finland can not be seen as a neutral country, as it is often said, but a military none aligned.
