\tIn the BCSP Library on the 6th September was organized welcoming and introduction with the new, fourteenth generation of interns. During the introductory seminar, a new generation of interns met members of the BCSP team and learned more about the projects on which they will be involved in the future.<\/p>\n
\t“Interns have various educational backgrounds, which allows different approaches to work on projects.\u00a0The internship program will enable them to get an insight into the work of a think-tank organization, gain experience and learn about the methodology of the research projects”, explains Aurelija Djan, BCSP Researcher-Associate.<\/p>\n
\tBelgrade Centre for Security Policy for the seventh year in a row is implementing an internship program. This year, 64 candidates applied, and eight of them\u00a0was received\u00a0.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEight interns had the opportunity to learn more about the BCSP history, mission, vision and achievements until now from Milorad Timotic, Vice-President of the Executive Board BCSP and Predrag Petrovic, Executive Director of BCSP. After that, Sonja Stojanovic Gajic, BCSP Director talked them about think-tank organizations, and Marko Savkovic, BCSP researcher, explained them more about the reform of security sector.<\/p>\n
\tAfter the lecture, current BCSP projects were presented to the interns.<\/p>\n
