BCSP is proud to announce the expansion of its research team with three outstanding researchers. Vuk Vuksanovi\u0107, Luka \u0160teri\u0107 and Sr\u0111an Hercigonja are new members of the BCSP team.<\/p>\n
They were selected in a open competition as the best rated candidates out of a total of 106 applicants, after three rounds of selection – based on the analysis of documentation requested for application, results of the test and interviews.<\/p>\n
Vuk Vuksanovi\u0107<\/strong> graduated in international relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. He obtained a Master’s degree in international relations at the same Faculty, as well as a Master’s degree in theory and history of international relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Since 2016, he has been a PhD candidate in international relations at the LSE. Before starting his PhD at the LSE, he worked in the civil sector in Serbia, as a diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia, and as a consultant for political risk in the private sector. His primary area of \u200b\u200binterest is the politics of the great powers, especially in the Balkans. He has a history of research and analysis on Turkey, the Middle East, foreign and security policy of Russia, China and the United States.<\/p>\n Luka \u0160teri\u0107<\/strong> graduated in international relations at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, after which he obtained a Master’s degree in peace studies at the same Faculty. In addition, he obtained a Master’s degree in globalization and global relations in Germany, the United States and Poland. His previous work experience includes numerous engagements as a consultant on various projects in the field of international relations, engagement in the position of project manager in the field of human security at the Public Policy Research Centre and manager of educational projects at the Tempus Foundation. His area of \u200b\u200binterest is research in the field of international politics and security.<\/p>\n Srdjan Hercigonja<\/strong> completed his undergraduate and master studies in International Security at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade. His previous work experience was mainly in civil society, dealing with the issues of human and regional security, transitional justice and issues of democratization of society and the state. He gained work experience as a project manager at the Forum ZFD and a researcher at the Center for Comparative Conflict Studies.
