Twenty-eight students will be selected to participate in the program &#8211; fourteen from Serbia and fourteen from Kosovo. Students will be engaged in a role-playing simulation of both the technical and political parts of the normalization talks. They will also have an opportunity to monitor and learn about the actual normalization process through innovative techniques, such as board games.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Who can apply to the program?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>BA and MA students of social sciences in Serbia and Kosovo (political sciences, sociology, law, etc.) under the age of 28<\/li>\n<li>Students must be available for in-person participation in the academies, as well as the online workshops before the academies<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Interest and experience in the topic of the Belgrade-Pristina normalization process, reconciliation in the region, peace studies, security issues, or related topics is not a must but will be taken as an advantage of the candidate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Transportation, food, and accommodation costs during both events will be covered by the organizer.
