In 2023, the position of whistleblowers and their protection represents one of the most important tests in the rule of law and the protection of human rights. Delaying the resolution of the issues the whistleblowers face will only contribute to the further decline of democracy and the principles of good governance.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As staunch advocates for democracy, transparency, accountability, human rights, and the rule of law, we express our collective commitment to the ideals of this Convention and its vital role in countering corruption worldwide.
