The Police Directive is specific in the circumstances in which it is applied and in the solutions it contains.<\/p>\n<p>This one pager defines the concepts of personal data, data processing and data collection and offers answers to the questions of what are the general preconditions and special conditions that must be met in order for the EU Police Directive to be implemented.
