The Belgrade Centre for Security Policy is the leading SECO - Sector Civil Society Organisations for justice and home affairs.

SECO (Sector Civil Society Organisations) for Justice and Home Affairs is a consultative process of cooperation between the Office for European Integration and CSOs, in order to determine national priorities for funding from IPA and other sources of development assistance in various fields, as well as monitoring the implementation of projects financed from these funds.

Each SECO consists of a leading and two partner organizations, which bring together a wider number of organizations interested in the area monitored by SECO. The leading SECO organization for justice and home affairs is the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy, followed by Group 484 and the Belgrade Center for Human Rights. This SECO brings together a total of 48 organizations.

Initiated by civil society organizations, it considers different perspectives and opinions and contributes to resolution of most pressing issues.
