Goranka Krošelj

Goranka Krošelj is a Slovenian diplomat and ambassador, serving as Deputy Permanent Representative and Representative in COREPER I at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Slovenia to the European Union in Brussels. Prior to taking up her position in Brussels, she served at the Embassy of the Republic of Slovenia in Belgrade, including as Deputy Ambassador / Deputy Head of Mission.

Her diplomatic experience covers Slovenia’s relations with the Western Balkans, political dialogue, regional cooperation, cultural diplomacy, and development cooperation. In her current role in COREPER I, she represents Slovenia in negotiations and coordination at the European Union level across a broad range of policy areas within the remit of the Council of the European Union.
