The project is implemented by four think tanks, BCSP, CEPI from Bratislava, and D4D and KCSS from Prishtina, with the support from the International Visegrad Fund (IVF) founded by the governments of the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Republic of Poland, and the Slovak Republic.

With this publication the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP) team has mapped, analysed, explained and presented to the public a map of the corruption risks in the army, the police and the security services in Serbia. This publication is a product of the project "Risk Map of Corruption in the Security Sector", which is conducted by kind support of the Anti-corruption Agency of Serbia.

The book combines the papers prepared by the researchers and associates within a project on the "Protection of Human Rights in the Army and the Police of the FR of Yugoslavia". The whole project, including the publishing effort, was implemented with the support of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy, London and Freedom House, Budapest.

Collection of Essays "Business and Security" comprises papers submitted to the conference of the same name, organized by the Centre on November 6 and 7, 2008 in the National Assembly. The organization of the conference was made possible with the support of the Governments of Norway and Hungary, as well as Jagello 2000 foundation from the Czech Republic.

The recommendations of this research are intended for the European Union (EU) in order to properly support the resolution of disputes in the Western Balkans.
