Coalition for Freedom of Access to Information (Spikoalicija)
Since 2008, the Coalition for Freedom of Access to Information (Spikoalicija) has been dedicated to monitoring the implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance.
BCBP has been participating in the work of the Spikoalicija since 2009.
The coalition advocates for:
- Consistent implementation of citizens’ right to freedom of access to information;
- Sanctioning authorities that violate the Law, i.e. conceal information;
- Improving the legislation;
- Whistle blowers protection.
