Prof. Dr. Robin S. Brooks

Prof. Dr Robin S. Brooks is a visiting fellow in global policy and governance at Pomona College. She previously served as Special Advisor on Europe and Russia to Vice President Harris, as well as NSC Director for Germany, Central Europe, and the Balkans. Her expertise covers European politics, transatlantic relations, the Western Balkans, Russia, and issues of global governance.
