The Ministry of Interior (MoI) allocates about 3 million euros per year to The Academy of Criminalistic and Police Studies (KPA), but a small number of graduates is employed in the police force. The analysis deals with the question of how expedient it is to allocate funds to finance the KPA when the MoI does not employ the personnel trained at it.
