During the negotiations with the EU, Serbia will have to make very important decisions that will significantly affect its future and the lives of citizens. Therefore, the participation of civil society is necessary, not only to monitor the process, but to be consulted too – these were conclusions at the conference organized by the coalition "prEUgovor" (in English "preEUnup").

EU integration can improve relations between Belgrade, Pristina and Tirana, and the maintenance of existing stereotypes will downgrade them – this is the conclusion of the expert discussion about the future of relations between the three communities organized on 9th September 2013. by the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP).

Independent state institutions in the Western Balkan countries are becoming important factor in monitoring the security sector, appraised the participants of the conference organized by the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP).

In all previous studies of corruption in Serbian police the same risks were identified, and major one among them is politicization, BCSP Researcher Sasa Djordjevic said at the press conference in the Media Center.

Collection of Essays "Business and Security" comprises papers submitted to the conference of the same name, organized by the Centre on November 6 and 7, 2008 in the National Assembly. The organization of the conference was made possible with the support of the Governments of Norway and Hungary, as well as Jagello 2000 foundation from the Czech Republic.

The collection of texts which we hereby present to the public includes authorized transcripts of discussions and the papers presented at the international conference entitled "PROSPECTS FOR SECURITY INCLUSION OF THE FR YUGOSLAVIA IN EURO-ATLANTIC COMMUNITY" organized by the Center for Civil-Military Relations.
