Illegal weapons accumulated in the hands of Western Balkans citizens is a serious security threat. A roadmap was adopted to combat the illegal possession, misuse and trafficking of small arms and light weapons.

As long as the power is in the hands of political parties, we can not expect effective control and efficiency of the security services or resolving political murders and serious reform of the security sector, concluded the President of the Executive Board of Belgrade Centre for Security Policy Miroslav Hadzic on the Radio Belgrade talk show "Talasanje".
