About Isidora Stakić

Researcher

Isidora has been working as a researcher at the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy since 2013. Isidora started her career at the BCSP as an intern, wanting to learn first-hand how non-governmental organisations in Serbia can contribute to the advancement of human rights.

Isidora’s research interests include human security, regional relations Western Balkans (particularly Serbia-Kosovo relations), ideology studies and security discourses. She is the author of a number of policy papers and a few academic papers on the above topics.

Since 2013, Isidora has coordinated several multiannual and regional projects and has cooperated with a number of organizations from Western Balkan countries and the European Union.

She is also the coordinator of the Academic Event of the Belgrade Security Forum, the biggest international security conference in Southeast Europe.

She holds an MA in Human Rights and a BA in Political Science.
