During their work at the Kosovar Center for Security Studies, BCSP researchers Maja Bjelos and Bojan Elek have conducted more than 20 interviews, as a part of their field work on the integration of Serbian police officers from Northern Kosovo into the Kosovo police. Besides that, as guest researchers they also participated at several public events and media appearances.

The number of psychologists in the Ministry of Internal Affairs must be increased, but also, the awareness of police managers should be raised, in order for them to better understand their role in giving support to their employees, that was concluded during the presentation of the ninth edition of Collection of Policy Papers on Police Reform in Serbia.

KSF has the highest ranking in comparison to other security forces in terms of positive perceptions of citizens in Kosovo, and the main reason is that KSF acts in close proximity to citizens during relief efforts, said guest researcher Shpend Kursani during the presentation held in BCSP library.
