This is the first study of public opinion in realization of civil society organization where the focus is on the perception of corruption in the police, citizens' personal experiences with corruption in the police and evaluation of the reforms of the police in this area.
The NATO advanced research workshop reinforced the links between universities and think-tank community, and created a platform for future cooperation of most prominent experts in the field of counter-terrorism policy. The courts and public prosecution have two important functions within the security sector. The first is to combat crime by means of prosecution and punishment of criminal offenders. The second is judicial control over executive actors in the security sector.
