BCSP Director in the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions Steering Committee

Belgrade Centre for Security Policy Director Sonja Stojanovic Gajic was re-elected as a member of the OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions Steering Committee. The BCSP participated in the establishment of this network in 2013.

Besides the BCSP Director, members of the Steering Committee are Irina Chernykh (KISI, Kazakhstan), Barbara Kunz (IFRI, France), Marko Lehti (TAPRI, Finland), Amb Philip McDonagh (Edward M Kennedy Institute for Conflict Intervention, Ireland), Amb Philip Remler (Carnegie, USA), Stefan Wolff (University of Birmingham, United Kingdom) i Andrei Zagorski (IMEMO, Russia). Cornelius Friesendorf (CORE, Hamburg) and Christian Nünlist (CSS, ETH Zurich, Switzerland) were elected as coordinators of the network.

OSCE Network of Think Tanks and Academic Institutions is an autonomous, OSCE-related track II initiative. Its members are research institutions from across the OSCE area, which are engaged in academic research and policy analysis on issues relevant to the OSCE’s security agenda. The network provides expertise, stimulates discussion and raises awareness of the OSCE. It contributes to the ongoing security dialogue within the OSCE framework.
