Ensuring Digital and Physical Security and Cyber Resilience
The goal is to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats and build cyber resilience of the organisation and its members. This will be achieved by assessing physical and digital vulnerabilities of the BCSP and its staff and developing an organisational incident response plan that outlines roles and responsibilities during an attack.
Second, building cyber resilience will be achieved by educating employees on cybersecurity, providing well-being support to all BCSP members and purchasing essential cyber tools and software from trusted vendors. Project activities will be carried out in Belgrade with the help of cyber specialists in 12 months.
