Ramifications of Chinese Projects for Human Security in Serbia
The goal of this project is to map the negative manifestations of the Chinese influence on the Serbian citizens to increase the number of individuals aware of the impact of Chinese influence on human security and spark a debate about the risks associated with China and its investments, as well as the effective strategies to mitigate these risks.
BCSP will draft a policy paper, identifying cited occurrences, followed by an analysis. Beyond the policy publication, the goal is to devise a geolocator of the occurrences where the Chinese factor negatively impacts Serbian citizens. This will be done by designing an interactive map with locations and timeframe of the identified occurrences. Both the policy publication and the interactive map will be presented to the Serbian civil society and policy community at the event specially organized for that occasion.
