Invitation to the presentation of the third Collection of Policy Papers on Police Reform in Serbia
The presentation will take place on Thursday, 30 September 2010 at 11h in the Media Centre, Terazije 3.
The Belgrade Centre for Security Policy, the Belgrade Centre for Human Rights and the Forum for Security and Democracy would like to invite you to the presentation of the third Collection of Policy Papers on Police Reform in Serbia, which will take place on Thursday, 30 September, at 11h in the Media Centre, Terazije 3, second floor. The bi-lingual brochure in Serbian and English will be published both in print and electronically as a result of analysis of three researchers from the above NGOs, within the project “Fostering Civil Society Involvement in Police Reform”. It contains assessment of the current state and both general and concrete recommendations for advancement of police work on the following topics — the community policing in Serbia, strengthening bilateral and possibilities for police cooperation of Serbia and implementation of the Law on Data Confidentiality by the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia.
The project “Fostering Civil Society Involvement in Police Reform“ is supported by the OSCE Mission to Serbia, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Geneva Centre for Democratic Control of Armed Forces (DCAF).
