Belgrade Centre for Security Policy (BCSP) invites you to public presentation of the Model law on security services of the Republic of Serbia. Public presentation will take place on Thursday, 22 September 2016, with the beginning at 10:00 in Media Center in Belgrade (Terazije 3, II floor).
BCSP expert team has drafted the Model Law on Security Services of the Republic of Serbia. The drafting process involved study of current legislative provisions regulating security and intelligence and analysing the level of their harmonisation. At the same time, two rounds of consultations were organised, in the course of which experts and representatives of political parties and security services shared their views and suggestions regarding the concept, structure and the provisions of the Model Law.
