Definition of terms relevant to performance audit of public procurement and process of planning of procurement were some of the topics on which the BCSP team discussed with the Deputy Director of the Public Procurement Office Danijela Bokan.

Aspects of the Serbia-Kosovo dialogue one year after the Brussels Agreement were discussed in a series of public debates held in Prague, Warsaw and Bratislava between 8th and 10th April 2014.

During their work at the Kosovar Center for Security Studies, BCSP researchers Maja Bjelos and Bojan Elek have conducted more than 20 interviews, as a part of their field work on the integration of Serbian police officers from Northern Kosovo into the Kosovo police. It is necessary to change the Law on free access to information of public importance by tightening sanctions and increasing the powers of the Commissioner, and for better implementation of the law it must be organized trainings for employees responsible for access to information, it is concluded during the presentation of the publication „Free access to information of public importance - theory and practice".

Domestic political tensions have significant impact on conflicts with neighbors and for a successful dialogue it is essential to change the attitudes within each of the analyzed community, it was concluded during the Forth Security Research Forum Belgrade-Pristina-Tirana which was jointly organized by Belgrade Centre for Security Policy, The Institute for Democracy and Mediation and Kosovar Centre for Security Studies.

Capacity of Serbia to participate in peacekeeping missions, gender equality in the security sector, as well as writing for Website and preparing for public appearance were the topics of the third seminar for the fourteenth generation of interns held on 16 December in the BCSP library.

This is the first study of public opinion in realization of civil society organization where the focus is on the perception of corruption in the police, citizens' personal experiences with corruption in the police and evaluation of the reforms of the police in this area.

The majority of citizens in Serbia and Albania support the continuation of the Brussels dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina even if it is not a condition for EU membership, while the most of population of Kosovo and Metohija favors the Dialogue only if it will increase the chances of EU membership. This was highlighted during the presentation of the public opinion research findings in the Media Center on 31st October 2013.

Basic research techniques, the process of public opinion researches and the problem of corruption in police were the topics of the second seminar for the fourteenth generation of the BCSP interns.
