The Agreement on normalization of relations between Belgrade and Pristina represents a positive step in Serbian-Albanian relations. The NATO advanced research workshop reinforced the links between universities and think-tank community, and created a platform for future cooperation of most prominent experts in the field of counter-terrorism policy. The relations between the Albanian and Serbian communities remain of key importance to the security and stability of the Balkan Region.
