Ambassador of France in BCSP speaks about “Management of the Mali crisis”

Background of the crisis in Mali and French involvement in management of the crisisare the topics of a lecture which will be held by H.E. Mr François-Xavier Deniau, ambassador of France to Serbia. The lecture will take place on November 27, at 15:30h, in the BCSP library.
Ambassador Deniau will also speak about international aspects of the situation in Mali, in relation to the European Union and the United Nations.
French ambassador will conclude his presentation by offering final remarks regarding the upcoming meeting of the European Council, where the further development of Common Security and Defense Policy is going to be discussed.
During the lecture, Defense Attachéat the French Embassy in Belgrade, lieutenant-colonel Olivier Rouanet, will will speak about military aspects of the management of the Mali crisis.
The lecture will be in English translation will not be provided.
The number of participants is limited due to the seating capacity, and the participation must be confirmed no later than Tuesday, 26th November by email office@bezbednost.org or phone 011/3287-226.
