Europeanization of the Security Sector in Serbia, Kosovo and Albania
How EU integrations influence security sector reforms in Serbia, Kosovo and Albania will be the topic of panel discussion which will be organized on 13 March 2014 at 11:00 in BCSP library.
How are security institutions transforming themselves towards western security sector models, what are ups and downs in that proces and what goals have been achived in changing legal framework and the mid-term strategies following the EU recommendations, will be the topics discussed by speakers:
- Bojan Elek, BCSP researcher
- Sofije Kryeziu from Kosovar Center for Security Studies in Pristina
- Foto Duro from the Institute for Democracy and Mediation in Tirana
