The EU Police Directive (LED Law Enforcement Directive – LED) was adopted in the spring 2016, and will be applied from 25 May 2018, as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR. The Police Directive is specific in the circumstances in which it is applied and in the solutions it contains.
